Ellen graduated Cum Laude from Rider University in 1984 with a bachelor's in Business Administration. She joined Equitable Advisors in 1990 with a focus on retirement planning, estate planning & asset allocation strategies. Ellen is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Accredited Investment Fiduciary AIF®.
She was awarded the title of Retirement Planning Specialist by Equitable Advisors based on the receipt of a Certificate in Retirement Planning from The Wharton School of Business. Her proficiency in financial & estate planning strategies for same-sex couples is well known throughout the industry and she is a member of MENSA.
Ellen resides in Livingston, NJ & Bradley Beach, NJ with her spouse Patti and is active in philanthropy. She is a supporter of Garden State Equality, Human Rights Campaign Fund, Thomas Peterpaul Foundation, Rain Foundation of Essex County, Betty Maddalena Foundation and Allaire Community Farm.
